OUTSIDE SALES CONSULTANT: Advanced Surveying Technology is focused on Engineering Software solutions from Autodesk. We are looking for business developers with excellent customer service skills to join our Outside Sales team. The focus of this position is to maximize the profitable sales of computer-aided engineering products and services to our existing clients and new customers. Our outside sales consultants develop strong customer relationships and execute specific sales and marketing programs in order to meet the sales and profit objectives for their territory.You will also promote the company's training and consulting services, set up onsite technical demonstrations and provide customer service to existing clients.

What would you be doing?
As our client's Account Manager, you would be responsible for contacting prospective customers to promote sales of products and services. This would include:

• Delivering a clear and consistent value proposition to develop customer interest with decision makers
• Recommending product and service solutions designed to help customers achieve their objectives
• Developing new business and expanding existing customer base
• Building strong relationships and customer loyalty by bringing best-in-class solutions to a rapidly changing marketplace
• Meeting or exceeding required sales and margin targets

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

Here are a few qualities that we seek in the ideal candidate:

• Demonstrated sales experience is required, preferably with a technical product or service
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding set sales quotas is also required
• A strategic, consultative solutions sales approach is a must
• Software sales experience is ideal
• CAD experience is also a plus
