  Design Review 2009 is now available. If you already have design review 2008 installed you will be notified that an update is available when you launch the program. This update is Design Review 2009.

Not getting a dialog box when try to open a drawing? Type FILEDIA on the command line. If the value is set to 0 (meaning the setting is turned off) type 1 <enter> to turn on the use of dialog boxes.

Service Pack (SP) 2 for AutoCAD® Civil 3D® 2008 and AutoCAD® Land Desktop 2008 can be found at the following links provided below. These are both general maintenance service packs. Please refer to the Readme files prior to applying SP2 for information on installation and resolved issues.

Make sure you have the correct version for the service pack for Land Desktop. There are 2 different Land Desktop products and 2 different service packs.

AutoCAD Map 3D 2008 Service Pack 1 Now Available

Service Pack 1 for AutoCAD® Map 3D 2008 software is now available for download at http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=DL10095960.

This service pack includes the improvements from the AutoCAD® 2008 service pack, along with several significant fixes specific to AutoCAD Map 3D 2008 software. With this service pack, users will find:

Improved SHP Import/Export
Enhanced Feature Data Objects (FDO) raster plot resolution
Faster performance for SDF files and publish to DWF
Display Manger stylization/theming enhancements
Better Oracle® Spatial support
